INTRODUCTION:

Organized with 3 other coordinators, the Los Angeles County, CA precinct canvassing volunteers project (3 months prior to the official campaign) which expanded into Ventura County and Orange County.

Coordinated the funding, transportation and housing efforts for 100+ volunteers travelling to Iowa to help get out the vote for Ron Paul with the 30 Days to Iowa website group.

Organizer of National Ron Paul Grassroots Campaign Meetup which has hosted many Tuesday and Wednesday evening conference calls to initiate and/or promote various pro-freedom projects.

Organizer (assistant filling in as organizer) for Ron Paul Delegates National Alliance which provides education and support for all constitutional Republicans who’ve attempted or have become delegates or alternates maneuvering through the process to graduate to the 2008 Republican Presidential National Convention. Is also doing the same for any constitutional candidate running in their state for GOP district or county positions within the Republican Party.

Coordinated efforts throughout CA to complete and file petitions for write in candidates for the Republican County Central Committee positions in several counties, which allowed many more constitutional candidates to qualify for the many open positions remaining after the standard qualification period had ended. Educated many qualified candidates as to what these positions are, their availability and importance within the Republican Party.

Organizer of CA Republicans for Community & Political Representation working with constitutional Republicans throughout CA running as candidates to get elected to the County Central Committee positions in the CA Republican Party. This group is providing education and support for these candidates before and after the June 3, 2008 election.

Treasurer for the National DVDs For Delegates Project which is working to provide educational content DVDs for all delegates going to the Republican Presidential National Convention. She will be the organizer of the CA distribution network for the CA GOP delegates going to the National Convention.

Saved $180,000 in annual expenses through identification of inaccurate inventory maintenance

       Increased productivity by providing automation of bank and account reconciliation processes

          Designed new billing system, set up G.L and internal financial statement preparation

          Transferred manual accounting onto new computerized system

          Negotiated contracts with several large customers to effect greater revenues for the

Reviewed and consolidated several departments’ budget reports.  Analyze, research and reporting of variances to upper level management. Carried out general ledger functions, including account analysis and reconciliation, journal entries, and correction of AP invoice coding.
