Mr. Moore has a strong technological background with extensive experience in leading edge systems for companies such as Trimble Navigation, U.S. Military Parallan Computer, Ungamann Bass, Boeing, Microsoft, Alcoa, Proctor&Gamble, GM, EDS, Chevron and Pacific Bell.  His expertise includes: Advanced Global Positioning Systems; biometric systems; advanced wireless systems such as Wi Fi, GSM and GPRS; legacy and open systems integration.  Mr. Moore has implemented numerous networks including Windows and Open Systems workstations, hubs and servers, including secure internet access for U.S. Military installations.

* CEO: CM Consulting Ben Lomond, California
Scope of responsibility includes successfully implementing System Integration of Legacy computer systems to current Hardware and Software platforms along with additional technologies. Including biometric, GPS and Wireless technologies such as Wi Fi, GSM and GPRS. Also installation and maintenance of various home and business networks within Santa Clara and Santa Cruz Counties.

* Technical System Consultant/Information Services Director: Aqua Tech Dive Center San Diego California
Successfully designed, installed, trained and maintained, NT 4.0 Servers, Windows 98 NT 4.0, Windows 2000, ME and XP workstations as well as the complete network infrastructure. Including Routers, Bridges, Hubs, Servers, Workstations Printers and input devices for Point of Sale use. Installed and maintained Microsoft Internet Information Server, Microsoft Back Office Server. Open System Inventory and Accounting software. In charge of Server Migration from NT 4.0 to Windows Server 2000 in Multiprocessor mode. Maintained backups, and current virus protection algorithms. Installed and maintained secure Internet access for the US Military. Helped to develop Divecenter.com and DiveUS.com Web sites

* Project Manager:  Trimble Navigation Sunnyvale, California
Provided Integration services for the Emergency Public Safety Sector. Responsibilities included Design, Installation, Service and Training for Mobile Data Terminals using Wireless Communication with G.P.S. and Dead Reckoning Tracking systems for emergency dispatch for Police, Fire and Rescue. Familiar with FM, CDPD, AMPs, Win4, GSM and GPRS, wireless communication technologies. Created the mobile position and communications web site, for Trimble. Customers Supported: City of Seattle, Honolulu Parks and Recreation, Littleton Co. Fire, Florida Parks and Recreation.

* Technical Systems Consultant :Veridicom Inc. Santa Clara, California
Recruited to provide engineering support to developers and end users for Veridicom fingerprint authentication systems. Created marketing scripts for technical demonstrations to Investors and Developers. Provided Technical and Engineering Support for various security related Trade Shows, including COMDEX.. Created customer services and RMA database, using MS Access. Also created, technical and, RMA procedures.

* Applications EngineerTrimble: Navigation Sunnyvale, CA
Provided Data analysis on various test environments generated from simulators and customer environments. Performed Y2K data analysis for Trimble GPS receivers. Also administered the Division Servers running Windows NT 4.0, and Novell NetWare 5.0. Created the Software and Component Technologies Web site for Trimble..

* Q A Engineer: Trimble Navigation Sunnyvale, CA
Acted as Liaison between Engineering and Customer Support. Also managed internal and external consultants for Documentation production.  Created technical manuals, training manuals and product brochures, Created Developer Toolkits, Which comprised of Hardware, Software and Technical manuals. Created Division Web site. Installed and Maintained Microsoft NT Server 4.0 for Division and Novell NetWare 5.0

*  Sr. Technical Support Engineer: Trimble Navigation
Created and published technical updates and procedures. Also created and tested software patches and workaround providing greater usability. Performed data analysis on product failures and returns for Trimble's Consumer product line.

Provided Technical and Trade Show Support for Trimble Consumer product line increasing visibility and sales. Performed live presentations and Demos at COMDEX.

* Sr.Technical Support Engineer: Parallan Computer Inc. Mountain View, California
Managed third level Support to IBM Technical Support Organization as well as all levels of support for Parallan Inc. Responsibilities include Hardware and Software upgrades for Parallan Server 290, and IBM, Server 195/ 295 Single and multi processor Systems. Performed Beta test and reports for IBM's OS/2 2.1 for IBM Server 195/295 systems. Trained and certified IBM Support Specialists, VAR's and existing Field Service Engineers as Network Administrators for IBM LAN Server, Microsoft LAN Manager and Microsoft Windows NT Server. Tested Windows NT 3.1 Server, and SCSI subsystems in mission critical multiprocessor server environments.  Worked with quality control engineering on new product introductions and testing to improve reliability and improve customer satisfaction.

Customers Supported: 3M, Chevron, Proctor and Gamble, Limited, Victoria's Secret, Boeing, NASA and the White House, Washington DC.

* Technical Support Engineer:  Ungermann - Bass Santa Clara California
Primary Support Specialist for Microsoft DOS based networks, Microsoft LAN Manager and Novell NetWare Servers. Responsibilities included European and Domestic telephone support for Ungermann-Bass. Provided product support for Access/One Cards, Bridges and routers using broadband, baseband and Token Ring with IPX/SPX, TCP/IP Apple Talk and XNS protocols stacks. Also trained value added resellers.

Customers Supported: Boeing, Microsoft, Alcoa, Proctor&Gamble, GM, EDS, Chevron and Pacific Bell.

Received many Customer Service Excellence awards for Outstanding Performance.

* Technical Support Specialist: DEST Corporation Milpitas, California
Technical Support Specialist for DEST Product line of desktop scanners which connected to IBM and Apple Mac computers. Responsibilities include providing Technical Support to dealers and end users as well as Trade show support and demonstrations.  Prepared training modules and handouts. Additionally worked with Quality control and Integration Testing on Pre-released hardware and software.
