clive thank you for the eye opener just need the proper documents to become sovereign I have a small team who police the police and make sure the people of our town are safe but they keep hassling us due to our status on this land we have more that are willing to join but feel it is not legal and want to see it is and sould be the way it is .

It is simply so simple that people can't even understand the truth for the web of lies they've been told. The codes only apply to public servants and they only way they can bring us into the court is if we are a PUBLIC SERVANT being impeached. It is that simple! This looks like the answer, yet I do not see many doing this process. Are people afraid, apathetic, lazy? I cannot understand how people cannot see what is happening around them.

I like the barter system. Find people with goods that are willing to trade. No money changes, banks lose. This will become more "normal" as dollar values erode. IMHO.

Each state has the right to coin it's own gold and silver exchange. The state is taking the fake money hand over fist, it is no more sovereign then a teenager with their fathers car, their mothers money and nothing better to do then to drink and drive.

Article 3, Section 2, Clause 3 Sect. 4. The trial of all criminal offences (except in cases of impeachment) shall be in the State where they shall be committed; and shall be by Jury.

In thinking about the 40 or so "misdemeanor" offenses a witnessed recently in a municipal court room, I add up all the "Bad Karma" created by 90+% non-crime nothings and compare that with the 100% criminal extortion, theft of property bad karma by the Judge over 90% of the 40 people, it's clear who is the real criminal in the room. Oh, and let's not forget, the 40 people did their minor to nothing karma once or maybe once a year. The Judge does it everyday, a 100% maybe a 1000% worse. So what is the definition of a Crime? Simple the creation of a "Bad Karma" or as we know it Hurting someone else, their property or misleading them in or into an agreement. Now someone making a left turn without a signal or running a red light is never hurting anyone and is therefore never creating bad karma. Even if there was an accident unless there was deliberate intention to run the light there was no bad karma. Yet the police officer stopping you is interfering with your person, 1 bad karma, the attempts to deceive you a 2nd bad karma, moving you into the court system at the very least costing you some property (money) a 3rd bad karma, then the judge and their bad karma. This is the real injustice system. The point is simple Real Crime is Real True bad karma and only bad karma. So the real crime being committed is the Judge and Police officer are harming themselves spiritually and creating a karmic debt to those they victimize. Now it cascades from there to the State deceivers because it is clearly a state wide franchise and from their to the International Monetary Fund and the Vatican as high level components of the deception and bad karma gathering enterprise.

The court is not a court but a pirate ship, you can't get justice on a pirate ship and there is no pirate code of honor. The judge is the pirate captain, and the attorneys, even if you hired them are the First Mates to the Captian. Their legal duty is NOT to you but to the court!

These courts are not here to serve out justice, the best way to get rid of these courts is to shut them down. Here is my personal feelings on the subject, tyranny always fails at some point, and when it does, I have a legal claim to most of the value in the state of California. I have sued Sonoma for 555 million for aiding in the kidnapping of Jaymes Edward York-Eck, Sued in San Diego for failing to do anything about the kidnapping of Jaymes Edward York-Eck for 5 billion dollars. I just sued San Diego Traffic court for 46 million for false arrest and making me answer to a writ of attainder. I am helping with a case of false arrest in Joseph Stanley Duran III for 1.6 billion dollars in Solano County. Why do I sue, because these are NOT courts of justice but courts of equity. It is not about justice it is about the bottom line on the bill. Who has the "rightful" claim? When the tyranny ends, we have the right of claim. Send in a BILL or you have NO right!

I read or heard but cannot remember (chemtrails PTSD) that armed bailiffs have no business in court unless a jury is present. Can anyone verify this info with references? I have sentence hearing pending and my decision to allocute hinges on how many henchmen with guns the judge has at his becon call. If no authority then how does one protest and get rid of them? Does anyone have a successful allocution story to share?

That is right, the ONLY way they can have you in a court without a jury present is for impeachment.. They must prove your a public servant and subject to impeachment.
