Guardian Responsibilities

• Accept to perform a part-time or full-time duty to develop and recruit at least 12 members up to 1000 members to develop a CopperCards community.
• Make every effort to know all of the members of your community personally.
• Have a good understanding of the Common Law and our product line.
• Be able to effectively communicate all CopperCards product information and services to your membership effectively.
• Have the ability to direct your members to all information available through CopperCards to assist them in their education.
• Hold regular educational meetings to present and discuss the topics of our products.
• Hold regular conference calls for new members for introduction to the company.
• Have the duty to go to your members aid as requested including attendance at court hearings as a witness as well as getting them help with the process.
• Communicate frequently with your members, through emails, special conferences, newsletters, etc… to keep them updated of current events and happenings.
• Arrange and organize regular social gatherings to ensure the community knows each other to create a community who will protect and defend each other.
• Attend all Guardian conferences either remotely or in person as requested and arranged by HQ
• Submit weekly work summaries to HR for payment for labor and services performed.

Recruit Members

The first responsibility of a CopperCards Guardian is to build their local community, which we call a CopperCards Guard.  Guardians can sign from 12 to 1,000 individual Members into their CopperCards Guard.

CopperCards is preparing sales and marketing literature for the Guardians to position and recruit Members.  Some of the simplest sales can take place by simply asking if a person would like to belong to an organization that can help them eliminate most traffic tickets.  Any person who has had a harrowing experience with the government will immediately be attracted to CopperCards.  The ability to have a number to call when being harassed by the government is very attractive to most people.  CopperCards will be adding many new and exciting services and products that should make the Guardians job of recruiting Members very easy.

Identity Gateway to Members

A key measure to determine how free a society is, is whether one needs 'papers' and identity documents to travel.  Whether the nation is a Police State or not. "Show me your papers", is the hallmark of Hitler's Nazi Germany and Stalin's Communist Russia, both benefactors of the Rothschild's, the primary owners of the Federal Reserve Bank and the U.S. $.  Nations that have to demand papers, clearly have something to fear and usually that is because they are doing something wrong, such as illegally invading other nations, throwing innocent citizens in jail, kidnapping children, dropping bombs and stealing oil.

Another major problem, apart from the Police State issue, is Identity Theft.  Especially in this digital age, identity theft is becoming a major problem.  CopperCards' answer to these problems is a move back to real identity.  An identity system based on real people who know each other.  The CopperCards Guardian will serve as a gateway to their Members identity.  If a Member's identity needs to be established, the CopperCards Guardian will act as a point person through whom the Members identity can be confirmed.  By employing this method of identity, Members are shielded from unwarranted government intrusion and identity theft.

CopperCards future Bank and Automated Trading system will provide further levels of redundancy and transaction verification and rollback that adds significantly to the security and protection of Members and their assets.

Go-between for Members & CopperCards

CopperCards Guardians are the primary contact point for Members with CopperCards.  When Members are having difficulty utilizing their CopperCards, they will work with their Guardian, and the Guardian and Member will provide feedback to our Product and Support Groups to help resolve problems and improve the product.  The Guardian is the go-between for Members interacting with CopperCards.

Education

Education is the underlying construct of CopperCards.  You cannot expect to be protected with the law if you do not know the law, this is CopperCards.  CopperCards will provide Guardians with ongoing education material in the form of on-line training, books and news letters, DVD's and videos.  We will also recommend various third party education tools to our Guardians and Members.

Weekly Sermon

Each week CopperCards will provide either a conference call for Guardians and Members or a DVD based sermon which will be orientated in teaching Members how to use the CopperCards to defend themselves along with general education at law and process.

Identify Training Needs of Members

The Guardian will be there for Members to ask questions.  Guardians are on the front line and often the first to know what methods and tricks criminals in government acting under the color of law employ to mug the public.  CopperCards will rely on advice from Guardians to identify training needs and product needs for their Members.

Assist in 119 calls & respond when possible

The CopperCards Guardian is the front person from CopperCards to locally help our Members.  CopperCards is establishing support infrastructure to make our Guardians effective in this function.  When a Member makes a 119 cal to CopperCards, the CopperCards 119 response team will coordinate and alert all the Members close to the 119 caller and Guardians will have dedicated support staff to assist them in their job.

The prime construct of the 119 calls are to send alerts to all the fellow CopperCards Members in the immediate vicinity of the victim.  Members are expected to come to each others aid by showing up with video cameras and recorders and to, if necessary, arrest, with proper processes at law, any government official breaking the law.  The CopperCards Guardian should, where possible, be there for their Members when they make 119 calls, however, this will not always be possible.

Emergency Response Interface

CopperCards is setting up a 119 response center that acts as the interface and control center to support our Members.  The center itself will be designed and implemented in a distributed and redundant fashion so that it is fail safe in operation.  However, until the CopperCards 119 center is operational, CopperCards Guardians will be the primary interface for their Members 119 calls.  The speed at which CopperCards gets our center up and running is dependant on donations and revenue to support the center.

Assist officers in obtaining Grand Jury Indictment

If an officer wants to arrest someone we can instantly form a Grand Jury from a random selection from the median of the populous and we can issue a Grand Jury Indictment for the officer to arrest the person.  This service is likely to quickly establish a good working relationship between CopperCards Guardians and their local sheriffs and is a means for the Guardian to show and teach the sheriffs how to follow the Constitution.  CopperCards will be putting together a number of programs directly orientated at outreach to local sheriffs.  We recommend providing your local sheriffs with copies of our CEO, Richard Mack's book which Richard wrote about his life as an award winning Sheriff.

Professional Services Interface

Guardians can themselves provide additional professional services which they can sell to Members or they can help identify and qualify services in area such as preparing pleadings and speaking in court.

Community Peace Officer

Under Common Law, there is a process for electing a local community peace officer.  CopperCards Guardians will be responsible for teaching their Members how to run and elect their local Community Peace Officer.  We recommend the Guardian run for the position.  The local peace officer holds lawful authority over their neighborhoods and acts as a key insulator in protecting Members from Federal, State and County intrusion into the lives of the Community.

Militia Interface & Coordination

CopperCards is strictly non-violent in form and nature.  We do not advocate violence and oppose violence of every sort.  However, even Jesus Christ advised his disciples to carry swords (Luke 22:36 He said to them, "But now if you have a purse, take it, and also a bag; and if you don't have a sword, sell your cloak and buy one.).  The purpose of the 2nd Amendment is not so we can all run around with guns, it is to ensure that we the people hold more power than they the government, it is our right to defend ourselves and our families.

Amendment II: "A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed."

CopperCards will cooperate directly with and work with local Militia we will encourage local Militia groups to form and to provide training and discipline for the people.  The local Militia is responsible for executing Constitutional Law:

Article I, Section 8: "To provide for calling forth the Militia to execute the Laws of the Union, suppress Insurrections and repel Invasions" and "To provide for organizing, arming, and disciplining, the Militia, and for governing such Part of them as may be employed in the Service of the United States, reserving to the States respectively, the Appointment of the Officers, and the Authority of training the Militia according to the discipline prescribed by Congress"

Qualify Insurance Payouts

A project CopperCards is currently working on is to provide health, auto and home insurance for our Members.  The type of insurance will probably be basic and it will draw on the community to come to each other's aid.  Insurance costs in the U.S. are currently outrageous, especially health insurance.  CopperCards is working on practical strategies to solve this problem.

As a Guardian you would be responsible for determining fair payout and support of insurance claims, if we offer this service.

Facilitate Trading in Local Area

CopperCards will provide the ability to run local, national and international trading exchanges.  These automated trading systems will enable and facilitate both local, national and international trade and can provide a significant economic boost to your Members. 

Assist CopperCards Bank Escrow

A feature of the future CopperCards Bank and Trading System is the Bank will provide short term interest-free credit on assets that are listed on the Trading System.  CopperCards Guardians will be responsible for confirming the value of assets listed and may in instances be employed in escrow exchanges.   The CopperCards bank does not 'make money' it provides members an interest-free and transaction-free trading currency.  Federal Reserve Bank Notes or Ron Paul gold coins or any asset can be traded on the system.  The system fits in along side the existing banking systems and Constitutional requirements.

Assist in Credit Rating of their Members

The CopperCards Bank's trading credit is based on the type of asset and the credit rating of the Member.  Guardians will provide assistance in rating the credit worthiness of Members.

Future ITISP Interface and Services

Much of the features and technologies rolled into CopperCards originated from InfoTelesys www.infotelesys.com  Once the government pays InfoTelesys for damages InfoTelesys won in lawsuits filed against the government, InfoTelesys will resume operations.  CopperCards Guardians will be given the first opportunity to become InfoTelesys Internet Service Providers.
