- A physician accused of over-billing Medicare had his office building seized even though these charges turned out to be false.
- In Los Angeles police intending to seize a $5,000,000 property if “they found even one marijuana plant” shot the owner. After his death, his wife lost the property due to taxes and legal fees. No pot was ever found.

The State followed up by maliciously prosecuting the Founder, repeatedly throwing him in jail under ridiculously false charges and kidnapping his children.
