"Infractions" - What We Call Traffic Tickets

Traffic Tickets were invented by the Judicial Counsel 1969. Now what’s wrong with this picture? Does the Judiciary have any right to invent law? Does not the Legislature have the exclusive duty of making law^2.? And does not what the legislature propose have to be ratified in order to become law? And how can a legislature that represents only 20% of the populous because none of them were worth voting for, claim to represent the public? Do you see the problem they have here? The Judiciary cannot make law! And they don't have the right to interpret the law either, otherwise they will simply make up law to mean whatever they want, they will make law forcing you to pay bills of attainder (tickets) into their own coffers. What a scam!

Under Common Law, there needs to be three elements present for every crime: Act, Intent & Damage (AID) and there needs to be a verified criminal complaint from a real person, not a cop representing the government. Furthermore, the 5th dictates that “No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury”.

To top it all off the 6th dictates: “In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury”. Apart from Texas, every State completely denies you the right to a trial by jury. Only a jury can try you for this cooked up ticket which is a criminal charge invented by the Judiciary called an “infraction”, or ‘fraction of a crime’. Remember also that rights cannot be waved, they are you right. If someone asks you to wave your rights they are committing the crime of blackmail, treason and racketeering amongst other serious criminal acts.

In other words to give you a ticket, which is a criminal prosecution, the government needs a Grand Jury indictment, a verified criminal complaint from a member of the public and they must prove in a trial by jury that you committed 1. The Act of a crime, 2. you had the Intent to commit a crime and 3. you caused Damage from the crime.

The only criminals involved in an infraction are the judges from the Judiciary Counsel who assumed the role of the Legislature there by committing Treason; the cops who give the ticket and the Judge who both judges and prosecutes it (note also there is no prosecutor in a traffic court, the judge prosecutes the case).

Tickets are nothing less than criminal acts by the government who is mugging the public in order to steal money for themselves. The judges and cops are the ones who give themselves a salary and tremendous benefits by imposing the supposedly pre-crime prosecution on the public. And State schools have stupefied students into believing the government is right while the State treats adults like children, punishing adults for things the State claims may cause damage. And the cops and judges working for the State rub their hands as they cash the tickets which are bills of attainder.
