Terms of Service

License and Release Form

In consideration of the opportunity to participate in the CopperCards website, I hereby grant permission and license to CopperCards to digitize images of my articles to include images, which will be publicly accessible by Internet connection.

CopperCards may create “low resolution” digital versions of these images to conserve electronic storage space and as a possible deterrent to copyright infringement. Furthermore, I acknowledge that should I choose to digitize and upload images to the registry from my end, that the terms laid out in this agreement still apply.

I represent and warrant that I have the full and unrestricted right to grant this permission and that the works I submit to the CopperCards are original and do not infringe the copyright or any other proprietary right of any other person or organization.

I may terminate the license granted hereunder by written notice sent by email to CopperCards who shall delete my images from the website within thirty (30) days following its receipt of such notice.

Neither CopperCards is under any obligation to continue to offer these services, and may discontinue such service and/or delete any articles or submissions at any time, without notice.

I agree that CopperCards, nor any of their officials, agents or employees, shall bear any responsibility or liability for infringement of my copyright, trademarks or any other rights by third parties as a result of the availability of my artwork or contact information uploaded, and I will indemnify and absolve CopperCards, their officials, agents, and employees from and against all claims, suits, damages and costs arising out of or resulting from the use of the artwork and images. I shall be solely responsible for securing any copyright registrations I deem necessary to protect my rights in the artwork and images.
