Today our nation is poised on a precipice. There are many reasons but each leads back to the transfer of power from a people intended to govern themselves to rule by a power elite. Books have been written on how and why this happened but the time for study and debate is over. Either we and our country slide into a police state controlled by amoral and fiscally corrupt politicians and multinational corporations or we return to the country laid out by our Founding Fathers. It is that simple.

A group of us have come together to assemble the means for returning power to the people in the form intended by our founders. Many of us have been inspired by the message of Ron Paul or one of the other champions for freedom who fought this battle over the last three generations. Dr. Paul had told us that the Federal Reserve Bank is the major problem facing us today. Dr. Paul is right. The solution to that problem is not in the past, however, it comes to us through the same technological breakthroughs that created the Internet, the foundation of the Ron Paul Revolution itself.

The choice is ours; we must act now. Look around you if you doubt. Today we face:

·         Economic meltdown

·         Huge waves of foreclosures

·         Joblessness on a scale so vast that the government is falsifying unemployment statistics

·         Laws that permit the confiscation of private property by government at all levels

·         Legalized torture

·         Imprisonment without being charged with a crime

·         Militarization of the police forces across America

·         Secret trials that often result in the determination that no crime occurred

·         Congress, Senate, Judiciary and Executive public servants holding vast portfolios of weapons manufacturer’s stock and not dismissing themselves from votes, adjudicating and other governmental activities in which there is a direct conflict against the interest of individual Americans and the wealth-building of public servants.

·         Taxation on ordinary citizens to such an extent that no matter what they do they will be bankrupted.

·         No real taxation on the super-rich and corporations who consume the majority of expensive government services

·         Artificially-created expansions and depressions that benefit the private owners of the Federal Reserve and their cronies and strip homes, property, savings and other assets from average Americans

·         The flight of jobs from America to the third world despite its destructive effect on Americans and the economy

Reversing this seems impossible. It is not. We have the numbers and the tools they fear. They are outnumbered; they have depended on misdirection and lies; their predatory banking system is obsolete and they know it.

It’s in the numbers. We need five million people who understand the Constitution and common law as they were intended to be used over the next two and a half years. Every year millions are losing their homes and jobs, reduced to poverty.

There are 300 million ordinary Americans. 260 million do not agree with what is going on and want real change. Only we have solutions that will not just begin the job but deliver freedom. 17% of ordinary Americans will eventually support us; the same percentage that at its height supported the American Revolution. We can reach them, and they are desperately looking for solutions that work. By connecting these pieces, putting the tools in their hands, freedom will begin to flow. It can be done. We will return to the vision of our Founders; that is government in the hands of the people, centered locally. Real communities where people matter.

In this way average Americans can come together through CopperCards Counties to defeat the present corrupt Court system by using state and federal Constitutions and the legal reasoning of the Founding Fathers.

Using the Constitution we will reestablish the legal basis for thwarting attempts to seize property, arrest citizens without cause and snatch children from their homes. Corrupt judges will be removed from every bench in the country. In there place we will have courts we can trust and afford.

We will force courts to abide by the Common Law which is the law mandated by the U.S. Constitution and the majority of State Constitutions. That is one step. The next is CopperCards Bank.
