The CopperCards Guard
The purpose of CopperCards is to bring back U.S. Constitutional law and
Common Law by providing effective tools and community for the common
person to protect their rights and to hold government accountable.
Key to the CopperCards process is the
formation of a CopperCards Community we call a CopperCards Guard.
The CopperCards Guard is a community of
people who stand together to uphold the law, it represents the essence
and construct of our great Constitution where governance is by “we the
people”.
Each CopperCards Guard is limited to no
more than 1,000 and no less than 12 individuals and is managed by a
CopperCards Guardian
who provides an interface to CopperCards to assist members in learning
how to apply our tools.
Guardians will also provide education on
general legal issues and how to recover law and order in the nation. If
you do not know the law, you can’t expect to be protected by the law.
The Guardian will also help members find services in their area.
Some Guardians will themselves provide additional independent services
such as legal representation or filing services.
CopperCards is in the process of
approving Guardians who are signing up across the Nation. Once approved,
members will be able to choose which Guardian and Guard they wish to be
assigned to. Guardians can refuse a member and members can switch
between Guardians or start their own CopperCards Guard.
Guardians go through an approval process
including a background check. Once the Guardian is approved and
has twelve members in their group their CopperCards Guard becomes
active. |
